At a glance

Sysnot AI is your complete note workspace on Android phones and tablets. Write down an idea, sketch a diagram, save a document or record a conversation. Folders, links and tasks help you organise what matters to you.

Find a detail, ask your notes a question or request a summary. AI helps you make use of what you have already collected. Your original text stays alongside summaries, transcripts and suggested actions.

AI runs on your device by default. In the full version, you can also choose your own server, an online service or the Sysnot Lab assistant.

A notebook that follows the way you think

A list for the day, a folder for a project, a sketch to clarify an idea. Add headings, tables, checkboxes and attachments in an editor that formats your text as you type.

Draw directly in your notes, attach a photo or extract text from an image. Drawings use the Excalidraw format so you can continue editing them in a compatible tool.

Widgets and shortcuts help you capture an idea as it comes. History and the trash let you revisit an edit or recover a deleted note.

Find more than words

Organise your notes, pin the ones that matter and link ideas together. Tasks and their due dates also have a dedicated view.

Search for a word, name or phrase. With the right search model, the app can also find passages whose meaning relates to your question, directly on your device.

Give your notes new forms

Turn a note into a summary, an action list or a mind map. Each result has its own tab and the original text stays available. When you edit it, the app shows which views may need updating.

Adapt AI instructions to the way you work. Edit a skill, link several steps together and refine the result before keeping it.

Ask questions of your own memory

What did I decide? Where did I write down that idea? Chat with a note or ask your whole vault a question. The assistant uses retrieved passages to help you understand, summarise and prepare what comes next.

With a compatible engine and tools enabled, it can also check your tasks and suggest an action or reminder. You make the final decision and approve the suggestions.

Some ideas start out loud

Record a thought, an interview or a meeting. Add markers, then revisit the conversation as text. Transcription can distinguish speakers, and tapping a passage takes you back to the right moment in the audio.

Keep your own notes alongside the transcript. You can then prepare a report, pick out the important points or identify the next actions.

Take your notes further with Sysnot Lab

Already using Sysnot Lab? The full version of the app can connect to its assistant. From your phone, you can then use the skills enabled on your server, including deep web research with sources.

Your note workspace connects to an environment that can look up information and use other tools. The connection tells you where that processing takes place.

Your notes, your choices

Built-in AI works on your phone. The fully local version runs without Internet permission. In the full version, sending data to an external provider requires your consent before first use. The note also records which engine was used.

Your vault is encrypted to protect stored content. To use your notes in Obsidian or another tool, export them or sync them to a folder in Markdown format. This open text format is readable by many applications. Files shared this way are protected according to their destination.

Share a Word or PDF document, export subtitles or keep a ZIP backup. You choose how your work leaves the app.

Availability

Sysnot AI is in private beta on Android. Work continues on device compatibility and long-duration use. Local AI performance varies with your phone and the models you choose.
